I am Sam Tonks and am currently a Community Manager – Sport at We Are Social. My previous experience includes five years as a Social Media Editor for GiveMeSport social channels, covering all events for London Stadium online and freelancing with LiveWireSport to work on the Premier League’s socials
I’ve created viral video & engagement content across a variety of social platforms and covered some of sport’s biggest events including the World Cup & Euros, World Athletic Championships & Premier League matches live at the grounds. I have also been a part of the social media team producing content and running platforms for the Premier League and Fantasy Premier League, as well as assisting with the live blog during match-days.
Over the last few years I have been fortunate to undertake a number of media and marketing roles with organisations such as ITV, London Stadium, Talksport and Express and Star newspaper.
